Power and Mechanical Infrastructure Engineer - Intermediate

As the Power and Mechanical Infrastructure Engineer , you will manage and maintain CR GBS's mission-critical infrastructure, focusing on Server Rooms, IDFs, HVAC, UPS/generators, and utilities. You will ensure long-term facility health and optimal functionality while overseeing budget development, performance benchmarking, and strategic short- and long-term planning.

What you’ll do

• Lead the coordination, scheduling, and continuous monitoring of all maintenance and technical activities for the CR GBS Building .
• Serve as the main liaison between employees, contractors, maintenance staff, and vendors, providing engineering and administrative support .
• Manage day-to-day work orders, dispatch requests to technical staff, and inspect corrective actions .
• Resolve problems associated with building services, from workstations and parking to equipment and fixtures .
• Act as the key on-site point of contact for emergency responses, Property Risk Inspections, and Fire Fighters .
• Provide support for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs such as the Emergency Brigade, recycling, waste reduction, and ergonomics .
• Independently update and maintain the Corporate Facility Management Software .

What experience you need

• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering .
• 5+ years of experience in real estate property/facility management or a similar combination of education and experience .
• Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English .
• Proficiency with Google Suite .
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills .
• The ability to manage a variety of work with minimal supervision and direction .
