About The Role

As Senior Real Estate Advisor - Jabali Towers, you will play a central role in driving residential sales performance and supporting the continued growth of Jabali Towers and Porini Point. This role is focused on building strong buyer relationships, representing the developments in the market, and contributing to sales strategies that help convert interest into successful transactions.
Responsibilities
- Identify new sales leads, schedule site visits, and participate in fairs, presentations, and exhibitions to promote sales revenue for Jabali Towers and Porini Point off-plan residential developments.
- Support the Sales Director in executing objectives, strategies, and action plans to enhance sales earnings across the residential developments.
- Liaise with buyers and provide details on the residential developments, including price, size, and location.
- Prospect for opportunities, originate leads, and close sales.
- Build strong knowledge of the property market at both local and international levels and provide clients with information that supports purchase decisions.
- Assist in planning and coordinating open days and other initiatives designed to generate new leads and increase sales.
- Develop well-established links with agencies and brokerage firms to support the sales process.
- Perform administrative duties and attend seminars and trade show exhibitions to gather relevant market information and generate sales opportunities.
- Assist in hosting client presentations to help grow the client database for the residential developments.
- Develop and maintain client relationships while understanding their property needs.
- Collate market data and intelligence on key markets in Kenya and provide quarterly reporting on trends.
- Use Salesforce CRM to record all sales activities.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Director.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales, marketing, or business studies from a recognized institution would be an added advantage.
- Wide and productive network and leads in the Kenyan business circles.
- Must have 4+ years of experience selling off-plan residential projects.
- Experience with high-value property sales.
- Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management, lead follow-up, reporting, and maintaining clean sales records.
- Experience directly handling buyers and leading property presentations or site visits.
- Experience working with local, regional, and international buyers or investors in property sales.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Eligible to work in Kenya.
