We are looking for a Commercial Lead (m/f/x) - Sweden to join our sales team.

Join Capri-Sun as we build our own Swedish organization from the ground up and become one of the first on the Swedish team that will help grow one of the world's most loved brands while creating carefree moments for children across the country.

SCOPE OF THE ROLE

In this role, you will take full ownership of Capri-Sun’s business in Sweden, leading the market end-to-end. With responsibility for driving a successful Go Direct setup, you will focus on building and scaling the business while delivering profitable growth across all channels. Combining hands-on commercial execution with full P&L accountability, you will act as the key market leader, shaping the local strategy and ensuring sustainable business success.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Full P&L ownership Sweden

  • Own Sweden P&L, including revenue, trade spend, costs and gross profit
  • Deliver profitable growth through disciplined investment and performance management

Go Direct Market development

  • Build and scale the Go Direct model while ensuring business continuity
  • Unlock growth across retail, convenience, out-of-home, non-food retail and e-commerce
  • Deliver the annual Sweden plan and core commercial KPIs

Key customer leadership

  • Manage top retail relationships, including ICA, COOP, Axfood and Dagab
  • Lead negotiations, commercial agreements and JBPs
  • Grow distribution, shelf presence, promotions and in-store activation

Team Leadership and organization build

  • Lead and develop the Sweden commercial team
  • Set priorities, targets, resources and performance standards
  • Build an ownership-driven, high-performance culture

Cross-functional leadership

  • Align Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance behind Sweden’s growth agenda
  • Ensure clear connection between strategy and execution

Market insight and performance management

  • Track market, competition, pricing, portfolio, promo and shopper trends
  • Act early on risks and opportunities
  • Own forecasting, reporting and trade spend efficiency
  • Provide monthly and quarterly business reviews

Measure of success

  • Deliver volumes and net revenue growth
  • Delivery of gross profit and EBIT
  • Market share, total distribution points and promotional volume
  • In-store execution (shelf share, secondary placements, promo quality)
  • Measurement and improving ROI of trade investment and instore activities

YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong commercial FMCG background in brand led Food or Beverage business
  • At least 7 years senior commercial / key account leadership roles in the country
  • Experience in building or scaling a market / setup (Go Direct or similar is strong plus)
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven experience with full P&L responsibility and annual price negotiations with top retail accounts
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear focus on expansion, not just account management
  • High level of resilience and ownership mentality to see projects through to completion
  • True growth-oriented professional: combines grit, curiosity and persistence to proactively expand the business, win new opportunities and demonstrate relentless follow-through despite setbacks
  • Strong bias for action with hands-on mentality and execution focus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with structured, clear thinking
  • Highly skilled in effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment
