About the opportunity

You will play a key role in ensuring the effective management of accounts receivable processes for the North America region. Acting as a trusted partner to the AR Associate Manager, you will support operational reviews, drive collection performance, and enhance service delivery through data-driven insights and process improvements. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally, lead initiatives that strengthen team capability, and contribute to a high-performing, customer-focused environment.

Your tasks include

  • Support month-end operational reviews and act as back-up to the AR Associate Manager when required
  • Monitor accounts receivable and implement effective collection strategies to reduce outstanding balances
  • Build strong relationships with customers, resolve billing disputes, and manage escalations professionally
  • Analyze billing and collection data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Facilitate team huddles, training sessions, and engagement initiatives to support team performance and retention
  • Perform reconciliations, investigate unallocated payments, and ensure accurate documentation in the collections system
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, DTPs, and SOX requirements, including preparation of audit reports

Your profile

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable, collections, and billing dispute resolution
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners
  • Ability to work under pressure while meeting performance targets and operational deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience supporting or mentoring team members is an advantage
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, and delivering high-quality service
