Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Danish-speaking users through email, live chat, and phone, answering their questions regarding the streaming service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a range of technical issues related to account set-up, streaming quality, and content availability.
• Guide users through platform features and ensure they are informed of best practices to optimize their streaming experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Partner with other departments to share user feedback and suggest enhancements to the service.
• Keep updated on the latest platform developments and streaming industry trends to provide informed support.
• Proactively follow up with users to ensure their concerns are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer support or technical assistance, preferably in the streaming or entertainment sector.
• Familiarity with streaming technology and user experience principles.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with an effective problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication skills focused on delivering high customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of CRM systems or support ticketing tools is an advantage.
• A proactive and independent work ethic in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
