• Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and company offerings to offer informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or gaming support is highly desirable.
• A strong enthusiasm for online gaming and familiarity with different gaming platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable customer service attitude.
• Proficiency in using live chat software and general CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
