About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Windows Server Administrator to join our team and support enterprise infrastructure environments.

  • Location: Malaysia

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and support Windows Server 2019 and above environments.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Server databases and related services.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell .
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain Active Directory services.
  • Perform server monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
  • Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, system, and application-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system availability, security, and performance.
  • Support infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations.

Requirements

Required Skills

Mandatory

  • Strong experience with Windows Server 2019 and above
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
  • Experience in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting

Must Have

  • Active Directory Administration
  • Server Monitoring & Performance Tuning
  • Backup & Recovery Operations
  • Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis
  • Exposure to Linux/Unix environments
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, including:
  • DNS
  • Firewalls
  • Load Balancing
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring tools

Experience

  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Windows Server Administration.
  • Experience supporting enterprise production environments is preferred.
