About The Role

Graduate Trainee Programme (GTP) – Real Estate / Property Management

Are you a fresh graduate with a passion for the property industry? Our Graduate Trainee Programme (GTP) is a structured two-year development programme designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge and practical experience to build a successful career in real estate consultancy.

From day one, you'll be an integral part of our business, gaining hands-on experience through rotations across multiple service lines while learning from experienced industry professionals.

What You'll Experience

During the two-year programme, you'll rotate across four different departments , giving you broad exposure to the real estate industry.

• Land & Industrial Solutions
• Capital Markets (Investment)

Property Management

In addition to on-the-job learning, we'll support your professional development and registration towards becoming a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent and Property Manager .

Who We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property Management or a related discipline.
• Less than one year of full-time working experience.
• Passionate about building a career in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work within Klang Valley.
