As a SAP - EWM / WM Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Advisory Acceleration Centre, contributing to PwC's global delivery capabilities. You will be involved in providing premium, cost-effective services that enhance process quality and delivery capability for client engagements. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills to solve complex business issues, from strategy to execution, using a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and managing others. You will navigate complexity and anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth while maintaining professional and technical standards. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing complex supply chain and operations challenges to develop strategic solutions
• Managing and optimizing SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM) processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Leading project delivery efforts, confirming timely completion and alignment with client objectives
• Utilizing data modeling and analysis to provide actionable insights for supply chain transformation
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement procurement strategies and improve cost management
• Designing and implementing warehouse management systems to streamline inventory management
• Developing demand forecasting models to support planning operations and reduce lead times
• Supporting the deployment of supply chain management software to enhance client service engagements
• Building and maintaining client relationships to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
• Mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
• Utilizing data-driven insights for supply chain transformation
• Excelling in inventory management and warehouse layout design
• Managing procurement strategy and system implementation
• Developing demand forecasting and planning operations skills
