About The Role

Shell Mobility in Poland is evolving into a multi-energy and customer-centric business across fuels, EV charging, Shell Café and digital channels. The role leads an integrated marketing agenda across B2C and B2B segments, ensuring consistent brand positioning and commercial value delivery. We are working in highly competitive environment. Purpose

Define and deliver an integrated marketing strategy driving market share growth, brand strength and customer value across fuels, EV, Shell Café and digital channels. Accountable for delivery of key marketing KPIs including transactions, penetration, active customers and digital engagement.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead Mobility Marketing strategy and translate global or cluster direction into local execution
  • Develop winning (competitive and differentiating) local Marketing strategies for the Mobility business in Poland
  • SPnA and C2 loyalty budget planning and management
  • Drive long-term brand building for Shell fuels, Shell Café, Shell Card and Shell Recharge Solutions
  • Deliver integrated demand generation and churn management across B2C and B2B segments
  • Own marketing performance including transactions, penetration and active customer base
  • Lead customer and market insights generation to drive growth and improve performance
  • Integrate EV into core marketing strategy and customer journeys
  • Drive retail media, partnerships and new value streams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Operations, NFR, Network and global teams • Manage external agencies and key partners
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, brand and data protection standards
  • Lead and develop a team of 8 marketing professionals
  • Utilizing HIVE 9 marketing resource management system for planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
  • Contract Management (Owner) - managing contract creation, execution and analysis to maximize operational and financial performance at an organization, all while reducing financial risk.

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • Strong marketing and commercial experience, especially in B2C (additional B2B marketing experience would be an asset)
  • Able to work independently, highly self-motivated and able to effectively manage various competing priorities
  • Proven track record in brand and demand generation
  • Experience in leading and developing teams
  • Strong analytical, data-driven and commercial mindset
  • Experience in loyalty, CRM and digital marketing
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Able to work under pressure and against tight deadlines
  • Expectation of around 3 days per week in the office (if you have case for exception, please raise during application process)
  • Fluent Polish, Fluent English

Additional Capabilities (Modern Scope)

  • Strong focus on CLV optimization, lifecycle management, and data-driven personalization strategies to increase retention and long-term profitability both of B2B and B2C segments.
  • Understanding of evolving electric vehicle customer needs and touchpoints, including charging behavior, service expectations, and IT ecosystem integration.
  • Experience with EV customer journeys
  • Retail media and partnership monetization
  • Experience in leveraging owned retail assets and strategic partnerships to generate incremental revenue through media, promotions, co-branded initiatives also with OEMs and industry associations.
