Educational Coach – Hybrid Position

Are you passionate about helping students grow, build confidence, and develop effective learning strategies?

At Nachhilfeunterricht , one of Europe’s leading tutoring platforms, we are looking for motivated Student Coaches to support learners in improving their study habits, motivation, and academic performance.

This role is perfect for people with a background or interest in psychology, education, or coaching who want to make a real impact on students’ learning journeys.

Your Tasks

• Support students in discovering their strengths and potential
• Help students develop effective learning strategies and study habits
• Guide students in finding the right resources for their learning process
• Monitor progress and encourage motivation and confidence

Requirements

• Background or studies in Psychology, Education, Coaching, or similar fields
• No previous coaching experience required
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for helping others learn
