Senior Java Backend Developer

 

• Design, develop, secure, and scale robust backend architectures.
• Develop and maintain applications using the Java Spring ecosystem .
• Implement and optimize APIs and data exposure services.
• Industrialize software delivery processes following CI/CD best practices .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and end-users throughout validation and testing phases.
• Contribute to application performance, reliability, maintainability, and security.
• Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience in Java development , with deep expertise in the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and database development, particularly PostgreSQL .
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including:
• CI/CD pipelines
• Microservices architecture
• Unit and integration testing
• Source code versioning (Git)
• Clean Code principles
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, IBM Cloud, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ALM .
• English: Professional / Fluent level (mandatory)
