Test Manager / Test Lead (French Speaker)

About The Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects and business domains.
- Define test strategies, test plans, scope, estimations, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate testing throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Drive test design, execution, defect management, reporting, and closure activities.
- Assess testing readiness and provide Go/No-Go recommendations for key project milestones.
- Manage testing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Lead governance meetings, monitor KPIs, and deliver testing status and execution reports.
- Coordinate business users and cross-functional teams during test preparation and execution phases.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned, and testing best practices.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to testing teams while promoting a culture of quality and collaboration.
- Experience in Agile environments and large-scale enterprise transformation projects is highly valued.
- Strong stakeholder management, planning, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid environments).
- Solid knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent testing knowledge is highly valued.
- Previous experience in testing projects within the Life Insurance , Insurance , or Banking sectors is highly desirable.
- Experience managing testing activities across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- French: Mandatory
- English: Professional working proficiency (preferred)
