About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve the annual factoring origination target by developing and implementing effective business development and marketing strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify new factoring opportunities by understanding market trends, customer needs, and industry developments.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals that address client requirements and maximize the likelihood of approval and successful conversion.
  • Conduct regular meetings with key clients to understand their financing needs, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare initial client proposals, including commercial terms and conditions, while coordinating with relevant internal departments to obtain the required approvals.
  • Lead commercial negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and business objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end contracting process, including preparing and processing contract amendments when required, and ensure timely contract execution and activation.
  • Coordinate closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding, efficient contract processing, and seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and case progress within the workflow/CRM system to ensure transparency and effective pipeline management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferably Finance, Economics, or a similar discipline.
  • Credit Course Certification is required.
  • 6+ years of experience in business development, relationship management, or corporate sales, preferably within factoring, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of factoring products, credit analysis, and corporate financing solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/workflow management systems.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet business targets.
