About The Role
An Arabic Teacher is responsible for teaching the Arabic language and culture, developing curriculum, and fostering language proficiency across diverse student groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Design and implement Arabic language curricula aligned with educational standards and program objectives, including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills
- Classroom Instruction: Deliver engaging lessons for students of varying proficiency levels, using interactive activities, multimedia, and real-life examples to enhance learning
- Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular evaluations through quizzes, tests, assignments, and oral assessments, providing constructive feedback to support student improvement
- Cultural Integration: Incorporate Arabic culture, history, and literature into lessons to deepen students’ understanding and appreciation of the language
- Individualized Support: Offer additional guidance to students needing extra help, ensuring inclusive and culturally sensitive learning environments
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, organized, and interactive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning
- Collaboration: Work with colleagues and educational staff to enhance the language program and participate in professional development opportunities
- Technology Integration: Utilize modern teaching tools and online platforms to support virtual or hybrid learning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Patience and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students.
