We are seeking a dedicated Workflow & Automation Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions to optimize business processes across various departments.

Experience Range: 2+ years

Key Skills

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Workflow development using IBM BPM and IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
Hands-on experience with RPA
Experience with BPMN modeling and process automation
Experience with API integrations and backend connectivity
Ability to translate business processes into workflow logic
Experience gathering requirements and translating them into workflow logic with business users and technical teams

Additional Notes

Understanding of automation best practices in workflow or process automation projects
Experience with SDLC is advantageous
