This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the culinary experience at Unan Restaurant as part of a professional kitchen team within a well-established hospitality environment.

As Cook B, you will support the delivery of high-quality dishes by preparing food consistently, maintaining strong kitchen standards, and helping ensure smooth service throughout each shift. The role is well suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting and takes pride in teamwork, organization, and attention to detail in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items consistently to recipe and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across kitchen stations throughout each shift.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Monitor ingredient quality, stock levels, and proper food storage procedures.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards in daily kitchen operations.
• Cooking diploma.
• 1+ year of kitchen experience in a restaurant or hotel environment, including experience with Asian Fusion cuisine in a hotel restaurant setting.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and HACCP procedures.
• Good English proficiency.
• Availability to work evening shifts.
• Availability for seasonal work.
• Seasonal contract in a dynamic and inspiring work environment
