Director-Integrated Health and Social Care (Exempt)

The Director-Integrated Health and Social Care serves as a Mercy leader, reporting to the Ministry Executive Director of Integrated Health and Social Care with an indirect reporting relationship to the local Mission leader. The Director of Integrated Health and Social Care is responsible for leadership and the strategic direction of all hospital and clinic community health initiatives in the local community—aligning with ministry goals and locally identified Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA)/ Community Health Implementation Plan (CHIP) priorities. The leader serving in this position will perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Position Details

Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in a related field required

Preferred Education: Master’s degree in public health

Experience: Three years’ experience in community or public health related position required
