About The Role

To gather relevant information from different departments to create and design various marketing materials.
To create, design, and edit various marketing materials, aligned with the established design guidelines for print and digital collaterals to be used in corporate/department launches and events.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of working experience as Graphic Artist/Designer from real estate company.
Experience in graphic design and various multimedia output is an advantage.
Knowledge in layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and web.
Knowledge in various graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Sketch, InDesign.
Familiarity with WordPress/Elementor is an advantage.
Photography and photo editing is an advantage.
Copywriting is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Team player and can do multi tasking.
Detail oriented with analytical thinking skills.
Willing to be assigned in Makati city.
