About The Role
Central Kids Ōtorohanga
Tokotū Whakahaere - Administrator | Permanent | Part-time | 18 hours per week
We are looking for a motivated and energetic administrator to join our team in supporting tamariki and whānau to achieve their full potential. Hours of work are Monday - Friday with a start time of 8.30am, and some flexibility of hours possible following the initial training period.

We are looking for a dedicated administrator who
- has a passion for working alongside and advocating for tamariki
- have strong administrative skills and is confident with technology
- is analytically minded and has a great attention to detail
- demonstrates logical reasoning, which supports problem solving
- has strong communication skills
- can work effectively within a team and on their own
- has proven time management and organisational skills
- has a 'can do' attitude paired with a willingness to learn and grow
- have an understanding of tiriti based partnerships with tamariki and whānau
- embraces a culture of strong health, safety, aroha, mana, tiaki, and manaaki
- demonstrates a commitment to Te Ao Māori, Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and Te Reo Māori me ona Tikanga.
Requirements for this role
- has at least three years administration experience, or similar transferable skills
- entitled to work in Aotearoa, New Zealand
