Technical Team Leader - Budapest

Are you an experienced Technical Support professional with a passion for leading people? We're looking for a Technical Team Leader to inspire, coach, and develop a team of technical specialists while ensuring exceptional service delivery for our customers.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Technical Support professionals
• Drive team performance through regular coaching and feedback
• Deliver technical training and share best practices
• Monitor service quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Facilitate team meetings and encourage collaboration
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Technical details

• Location : Budapest, Váci út 1-3., DBH Flex, B building 3rd floor, 1062 (Hungary)
• Working hours : 08:30 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00
• Employment type : Full time, 40 hours/week

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in the BPO ( Business Process Outsourcing) field and in team management
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Experience with ticketing systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to motivate others
