System Procurement Manager

• Manage the procurement process from RFQ to delivery, acting as the primary commercial representative for all stakeholders.
• Lead RFQ process: analyze supplier offers, negotiate terms, and present optimal contracting options with a total cost of ownership approach.
• Identify and mitigate risks, including supply chain disruptions and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with teams (Logistics, Supplier Quality, Procurement, Engineering) to ensure contract deliverables and timelines are met.
• Support organizational goals by managing supplier relationships, assisting with execution data, developing cost models, and aiding various business units.
• 3-5 years of direct procurement experience, preferably in an EPC environment
• Knowledge of Change Order processes and Claims Management for supplier contracts
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation skills and analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate supplier offers
• Commitment to improving procurement processes
• Proficiency in English (B2 minimum); additional languages are a plus

Compensation

• Basic wage component (gross): 2300 EUR/month
• This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications.
