About The Role

We are seeking a versatile and motivated Operations & Recruiting Associate to serve as the right hand to the President. This role is unique in that it combines recruiting responsibilities with operational and marketing support , giving you the chance to make an immediate impact on both client delivery and internal growth.

You’ll be hands-on in sourcing and recruiting for non-industry-specific, core positions (Finance, Accounting, HR, Sales, etc.), while also managing key operational functions such as process improvement, marketing, and project management. For the right candidate, this hybrid role provides a launchpad for long-term growth into Delivery or Sales functions within the firm.

Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Delivery

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for core positions (Finance, Accounting, HR, Sales, and other general roles).
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines, leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure strong candidate alignment.
  • Contribute to delivering a best-in-class candidate and client experience.

Operations & Marketing Support

  • Draft and produce key business documents, including Candidate Profiles and Client Search Specifications.
  • Manage marketing and social media initiatives, including newsletters, MPC flashes, and LinkedIn campaigns to drive inbound leads.
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements across the business.
  • Oversee general office management and day-to-day operations.
  • Attend client meetings, take notes, and document follow-ups.
  • Serve as administrator for internal meetings, tracking action items and accountabilities.
  • Manage ATS and business software (Ninety.io), ensuring data integrity and usability.
  • Create ad hoc reports and support special projects directly for the President.
  • Tactically manage projects, to-do’s, and deadlines across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • Recruiting experience in Finance, Accounting, HR, Sales, or similar professional functions.
  • Strong skills in creative and persuasive business writing .
  • Proficiency in project management, systems/ATS management, and reporting .
  • Experience with LinkedIn and social media marketing for business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
