SAP BASIS Administrator

We're looking for a SAP Basis Administrator to join our team and lead the administration, optimization and continuous improvement of our SAP landscape.

What you'll do

• Administer, maintain and optimize SAP ECC 6 landscapes
• Install, configure, patch and upgrade SAP systems
• Monitor system health, performance and availability, implementing improvements where needed
• Manage backups, recovery procedures and environment refreshes
• Administer SAP users, authorizations and security
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with SAP and external vendors when required
• Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge across the team
• ✔Act as the technical lead, working closely with developers, functional consultants, infrastructure teams and business stakeholders

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of SAP Basis Administration experience
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, system administration, database administration and performance tuning
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
• Good understanding of SAP security, authorizations, transports and system monitoring
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
