Job Description

In this role, as a Transformation & Strategy Leader you have the opportunity to Lead the strategy and end-to-end transformation of the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) for Philips Image Guided Therapy Systems. Own the “perform & transform” agenda — improve delivery reliability and service levels today while building the future supply-chain capability, cost competitiveness, and organization needed for sustained, profitable growth under the CARE 2.0 strategy, resulting in long-term business success and delightful customer experiences.

Your role

  • Lead the ISC transformation program — Own the multi-year “perform & transform” program for IGT-S; sustain restored delivery trust and improved service levels, and drive quarterly transformation reviews with BU and ISC leadership.
  • Set and steward ISC strategy — Define and maintain the IGT-S supply-chain strategy and strategic roadmap (CARE 2.0 – Customer & Competitiveness), translating it into an actionable initiative portfolio.
  • Lead investment and IT / AOP planning — Coordinate the ISC Transformation IT Annual Operating Plan (AOP), prioritize the investment portfolio, and challenge business cases on value and cost and planning.
  • Run program governance and PMO cadence — Establish and run the transformation governance rhythm — Program Managers Forum, Program Townhalls, and quarterly ISC / COO project reviews — tracking milestones, risks, and benefits realization. This includes setting clear goals and objectives, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and creating a long term and mid term (project & capability) roadmap for achieving transformational outcomes.
  • Manage executive and cross-functional stakeholders — Report progress to ISC and BU leadership and align across Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Planning, Logistics, and Commercial to keep transformation and operations moving together.
  • Innovation & Technology Enablement: Assess and leverage technology solutions, including AI roadmap, to enable supply chain transformation. By fostering a culture of innovation and exploring emerging technologies and trends, the transformation leader drives continuous improvement and brings new ideas to the supply chain (outside-in PoV, benchmarking).
  • Change Management: Lead and manage change within the organization by effectively communicating the need for transformation, building a sense of urgency, and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders. Develop change management plans, provide training and support to employees, and address any resistance or challenges that arise during the transformation process.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the teams from different functions, involved in program execution. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Coach and mentor team members, provide feedback, and support their professional development.
  • Talent & Capability Development: Build and develop a high-performing supply chain transformation team capable of driving and sustaining new capabilities and solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain by encouraging innovation, fostering experimentation, and promoting a mindset of agility and adaptability.

You're right fit if you have the following skills and experience

  • At least 10 years experience in various functions of the Supply Chain including but not limited to operations, program and change management in a global company > €3bln in revenues and geographically diverse.
  • Strong background in E2E supply chain management, with a focus on transformation and capability improvement (connect the dots), all with a strong bias to action.
  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • You have the ability to bridge across multiple, often interdependent, initiatives to manage the net financial outcomes and to highlight and manage dependencies.
  • A proven track record of successfully leading and driving supply chain transformation initiatives within complex organizations, that enabled business growth and improved customer experience.
  • Accepting nothing but the facts and constantly seeking independent perspectives and expert opinions to ensure the best facts are brought to the table.
  • Highly effective at leading conversations that influence and drive optimized decisions with multiple executive stakeholders, your peers on the leadership team and the central ISC teams. Confident in presenting own position despite resistance or unfavorable reactions from others.
  • Able to handle problems or conflicts with others openly and directly. Committed and willing to take risks, make decisions, and escalate when needed to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess, frame and drive data-driven decisions. Effective to lead and coach organization to create models to analyze “what-if” scenarios for proactive planning purposes.
  • Provides thought leadership in building connections between supply chain actions and strategic business outcomes. Anticipates future threats and opportunities for our customers and businesses and makes decisions based on global business conditions and strategies. Strategies are inclusive of data and intuition and encompass whole systems thinking.
  • Deep experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve results by identifying and aligning to shared goals, priorities, and commitments. Able to hold peers, partners and self-accountable to commitments.

  • We believe that we are better together than apart. This is an office-based role . For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €93.049 Gross – €155.081 Gross. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for maximum 6% bonus, with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
