Job Description

Lead advanced sales analytics, forecasting governance, and performance optimization initiatives to drive strategic decision-making and long-term business growth across Europe. Leverage Salesforce CRM, Power BI, and AI-driven insights to strengthen pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, and commercial execution.

Your role

The greater impact of this role

You will shape strategic sales decisions by delivering high-level analytics, driving forecast governance across Europe , and enabling executive management to achieve sustainable revenue growth and operational excellence.

A critical part of your role will be to elevate funnel quality (incl. CVI rigor) and forecasting discipline , ensuring consistent pipeline visibility, data integrity, and standardized sales practices across zones.

You will also act as a key driver of digital transformation in sales operations , leveraging Salesforce CRM, Power BI dashboards, and AI-enabled analytics to:

  • Improve forecasting precision and predictability
  • Enhance opportunity management and conversion rates
  • Identify performance gaps and growth opportunities
  • Increase commercial productivity through automation and insights

Team and stakeholders

You will collaborate closely with executive leadership (EI Europe LT), sales management, finance, and cross-functional teams, acting as a strategic partner in commercial decision-making.

You will

  • Partner with Zone Leaders, KAMs, and Sales Excellence teams to drive funnel discipline and performance reviews
  • Work with CRM/Salesforce product owners and digital teams to improve system adoption, data quality, and reporting standardization
  • Engage with Finance and Business Operations to align forecast, orders, and revenue outlooks
  • Lead and coach a diverse team, building strong capabilities in data-driven sales operations and performance management

You’re the right fit if

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Data Analysis, or Forecasting
  • Proven experience managing sales funnel governance and forecasting processes at regional level (preferably Europe)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI and advanced analytics to improve sales performance, funnel quality, or forecasting accuracy
  • Experience in Healthcare IT / Healthcare Informatics is a strong advantage , preferably within hospital systems, enterprise imaging, or clinical workflows

Skills

  • Strong capabilities in data analysis, sales forecasting, and KPI/performance management
  • Deep understanding of pipeline management, funnel health, and forecast governance frameworks
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM data models, reporting, and opportunity management processes
  • Experience with Power BI (or similar tools) for building executive dashboards and performance insights
  • Familiarity with AI-driven use cases in sales (e.g., predictive forecasting, deal scoring, automation)
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership
  • Experience with salesforce automation, margin management tools, and digital sales enablement platforms

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Data Analytics, or equivalent

Other

  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead complex, cross-country transformation initiatives
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities, with focus on building Sales Excellence and analytical capabilities across teams
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement through data, digital tools, and AI-enabled insights
  • Experience in process excellence methodologies (e.g., LEAN) is a plus
