We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Supervisor to oversee the laundry operations at our property. This role is vital in ensuring the consistent supply of clean, high-quality linens that meet our standards for guest comfort and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all stages of linen processing, including collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading, and unloading washers, dryers, and chutes
• Oversee ironing, folding, storing, and delivering linens to ensure timely and accurate service
• Monitor and maintain laundry machinery, including cleaning and routine maintenance
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the laundry area to promote safety and efficiency
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet linen supply needs
• Train and supervise laundry staff to uphold quality standards and safety procedures
• Maintain inventory levels of laundry supplies and equipment
• Implement and enforce safety and sanitation standards in the laundry area

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in laundry operations or supervisory roles within hospitality or similar industries
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to operate and maintain laundry machinery effectively
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities

Requirements
