Quality Control Leader-2nd Shift (Manufacturing Company)

Seeking a Quality Control Leader for a Company in the York, Lancaster, Columbia PA area.

Essential Functions of the Job

• --Ensure Quality Systems requirements for a second shift at the facility
• --Help develop and work with a team of quality inspectors
• --Manage the ISO 9001 internal audit schedule and ensures audits are completed timely
• --Conduct RCA for defective material and non-compliant processes and apply appropriate corrective actions
• --Ensure all needed Quality metrics and tracked and monitor those metrics for CI's

Desired Education and Experience

• --Prefer an Associates degree in Business or relevant field or experience in a high volume foundry or machined cast products operation
• --Experience working with ISO 9001 and conducting audits
• --Good leadership and interpersonal skills
• --Must be someone who is comfortable in a foundry environment
