About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Intake Specialist to join a fast-paced U.S. personal injury law firm. This role is key in managing initial client interactions, qualifying leads, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Responsibilities

Conduct client intake, including initial screenings and information gathering
Collect and organize required documentation
Update and manage client information in CRM systems
Coordinate client onboarding, consultations, and follow-ups
Communicate effectively with potential clients and internal teams
Sign and convert qualified leads into retained clients

Qualifications

Previous experience as an Intake Specialist in a U.S. law firm
Personal Injury (PI) experience required
Proven experience signing qualified leads
C2 English level (fluent with good accent)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site
High attention to detail and organization skills
