Senior Specialist, AU Logistics Operations

We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Senior AU Logistics Operation Specialist to join our Logistics Operations team to help shape the future of living - one thoughtful detail at a time.

Success in this role means bringing reliability, efficiency, and control to Castlery's day-to-day operations. You'll ensure daily targets are consistently met with minimal disruptions, resolving issues swiftly while leading a small team to maintain productivity and service standards. Beyond keeping things running, you'll strengthen the systems behind it: optimizing resource planning, capacity, and workflows so the operation scales without bottlenecks and continuously improves.

What you'll be doing

• Own end-to-end operations for the function, hitting daily operational targets and resolving issues promptly to keep service levels intact and disruptions minimal.
• Lead and coordinate a team, assigning tasks efficiently and monitoring productivity to maintain consistent operational standards.
• Manage resources and capacity planning proactively to prevent bottlenecks and keep performance within agreed thresholds.
• Use ERP systems and operational data analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives across workflows and processes.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven track record managing end-to-end operations, with the ability to keep daily workflows running smoothly and resolve issues before they escalate.
• Hands-on experience leading a small team — assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, and holding the line on service standards.
• Working proficiency in ERP systems, comfortable pulling and interpreting operational data to spot issues and drive improvements.
• Strong capacity planning and resource management skills, able to anticipate bottlenecks before they hit performance thresholds.
• A proactive, improvement-oriented mindset — someone who looks for process gaps and takes initiative on fixes
