Human Resources Specialist

• Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, learning and development, employee welfare , and engagement activities.
• Handle HR operational matters such as leave and attendance tracking, social insurance, health insurance, employee claims, and internal communications.
• Support payroll preparation and coordination with ex ternal payroll vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Maintain and administer HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, HR documentation in compliance with Vietnam labor regulations
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.
• Support employee engagement activities, company events, and training programs.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
