As a Contracts Manager you will play a critical role in securing competitive hotel contracts for the Netherlands, one of the most competitive and strategically important destinations in our portfolio. We are actively growing our presence in this market, which means this is a great opportunity to take ownership of something that matters and build real expertise in a destination that carries weight in this industry.

You will have full ownership of all revenue streams coming into the destinations you manage, contributing directly to the company's KPIs: the right mix of hotels, competitive pricing, availability, and margin performance.

In this role you will

Key responsibilities

  • Contract negotiation: Negotiate and secure contracts with hotels in your allocated regions to meet the company’s KPIs, including the number and mix of hotels, competitive pricing and availability, and the revenue performance of hotels in your portfolio.
  • Relationship management: Develop and maintain relationships with hotel partners, ensuring alignment with WebBeds’ strategic goals.
  • Performance review: Regularly review the performance of contracted hotels, addressing issues related to pricing, availability, or quality.
  • Market research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expansion and ensure competitiveness in assigned regions.
  • Strategic collaboration: Collaborate with the regional leadership to develop and implement effective contracting strategies.
  • Performance analysis: Monitor and analyse destination performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.

The skills we would love to see in your suitcase!

  • Minimum 2 years of contracting experience in the hotel industry (OTAs, bed banks, or tour operators).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills, the ability to secure favourable terms while preserving long-term partner relationships.
  • Confident working with performance data, pricing models, and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with online distribution platforms.
  • Experience working across multiple European markets.
  • Understanding of both dynamic and static contracting models.
