Salesforce Trainer

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Preferred: a specialization , degree, or formal qualification in education, teaching, instructional design, or training/learning & development.
• Experience with CRM platforms (preference for Salesforce Sales Cloud) and their associated objects, fields, reporting, dashboards, and integrations .
• Experience with design and e-learning software ( e.g. Adobe Captivate, Synthesia , Articulate 360 , Cornerstone LMS/Galaxy)
• Experience creating and maintaining training materials in multiple formats (Word, PowerPoint, video , e -learning software).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio or process flow tool.
• Proven experience developing and delivering training to audiences ranging from small groups to 200+ participants.
• Strong instructional design and presentation skills; ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance.
• Executive presence and communication skills for engaging senior leaders.
• Collaborative mindset; ability to work with various business stakeholders to shape learning content for specific personas.
• Familiarity with professional service s business processes and governance standards preferred.

Preferred Background

• 5+ years in training, enablement, or related roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise CRM ( Salesforce preferred) environments.
• Track record of driving user adoption and process improvement through training.
