About The Role

Bachelor’s degree from a university.
4–6 years of professional experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP; strong computer literacy is essential.
Structured, methodical and detail-oriented working approach.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, committed and enthusiastic.
Good listening and observation skills.
Ability and willingness to travel abroad when required.
Manage domestic material shipments, international return processes, material monitoring and work order follow-up.
Coordinate logistics and transportation activities in close collaboration with carriers and internal stakeholders.
Support procurement processes through supplier coordination, service tracking, compliance monitoring and performance follow-up.
Ensure accurate operational tracking, reporting and data management.
Follow up on invoices and related financial processes.
Maintain documentation and digital tools in line with internal requirements.
Support customs and import-related operations.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
