Role Overview

As EMEA Industrial Packaging Manager, you are responsible to set strategies, plans and drive Flexible Packaging and Folding Carton growth in EMEA direct and indirect region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product & Solutions, Sustainability, Finance, etc.) to accelerate growth, both short-term and long-term.
  • Set strategic direction and act as a functional leader in the area. Define clear strategies for budget and interlock discussions.
  • Develop innovative business models to accelerate Packaging hardware sales and supplies growth.
  • Build and manage a long-term (q+3, q+4) sales funnel to increase market share.
  • Support account managers and drive pipeline growth.
  • Grow regional strategic accounts in collaboration with regional teams.
  • Build strong C-level relationships through deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Lead business development and solution replication.
  • Sell complex solutions through a partnership approach.
  • Support services growth, including high-value renewals.
  • Leverage cross-portfolio knowledge to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships to position HP as a trusted partner.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Strong experience in the Flexible packaging industry.
  • Proven track record in complex sales and customer engagement.
  • Recognized expertise in the field.
  • 12+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Strong project management skills.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong consultative selling and business development skills.
  • Deep understanding of customer business and financials.
  • Expertise in products, solutions, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to lead complex sales cycles end-to-end.
  • Strong strategic planning and business case development.
  • Effective C-level engagement skills.
  • Experience in building and executing account strategies.
  • Strong partner collaboration skills.
  • Good understanding of industry trends and ecosystem.
