About The Role

Data entry for samples registration. Prepares and distributes samples.
Monitor flow for incoming sample for registration.
To ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with the ISO 17025, SAMM policy, laboratory’s QA/QC system and SGS GCSC requirement
Sample registration.
Monitor sample registration flow from sample receiving to distribution of samples.
Assist in coordinating daily operations including but not limited to record keeping, maintain good
administrative records as required.
Assist in samples follow up during his/her absentees.
Keeping of necessary records required by his/her superior and maintain good administrative records.
Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and
exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management
Minimum SPM from any field.
Diploma or Degree from recognized university/college will be an advantage.
Able to work independently with min. supervision.
