As a Patient Access Supervisor , you'll lead a team responsible for patient registration, check-in, check-out, financial services, and front-end operations. You'll coach and develop your team, monitor department performance, solve challenges in real time, and help ensure every patient receives outstanding service from the moment they arrive.

💼 What You'll Do
- Lead and support a team of Patient Access Representatives
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through ongoing feedback and training
- Monitor patient flow and help create a smooth, efficient experience for patients and families
- Oversee registration, check-in, check-out, and financial services operations
- Manage key revenue cycle work queues and department performance metrics
- Resolve escalated patient and account concerns with professionalism and compassion
- Participate in hiring, scheduling, payroll, performance evaluations, and staff development
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement

🧠 What You Bring
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Experience in Patient Access, registration, revenue cycle, or healthcare operations
- Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with healthcare technology and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude
📋 Minimum Requirement
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- 4+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, medical office, revenue cycle, banking, retail, hospitality, or a related field
- At least 2 years of direct Patient Access experience
⭐ Preferred
- Associate's Degree or higher
- 5+ years of hospital or multi-specialty clinic experience
- Epic experience
