Job Summary

• To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a DVE Engineer located in Shenzhen.
• Reporting to the DVE Manager .

What a typical day looks like

1. 编写自动化脚本和流程，搭建测试平台，开发测试程序&工具(上位机，数据交互采集，设备控制开发）等。
2. 负责电源产品（含电池）的全流程测试工作，包括白盒测试，功能测试，制定详细测试计划与用例。
3. 搭建并维护测试环境，使用交流/直流电源，电子负载，功率计，示波器等设备执行测试，准确记录测试数据并分析反馈异常问题。
4. 参与产品测试需求评审，从测试角度提出优化建议, 协助团队定位产品缺陷。
5. 编写测试报告，技术文档及测试总结，确保文档专业规范，以便内部沟通。
6. 优化测试流程与方法，提升测试效率与覆盖度，推动产品质量持续改进。

The experience we’re looking to add to our team

1. 电子相关专业毕业，具备扎实的数电、模电知识，2年或以上电源相关测试工作经验。
2. 熟练掌握Python 编程语言能力，能够运用 Python 进行数据处理、分析和自动化测试等相关工作。
3. 熟悉电源产品测试原理，熟悉各类电源产品的性能指标和测试方法，具备白盒测试，功能测试实操经验。
4. 熟练使用示波器，功率计，电子负载等测试仪器，能独立搭建测试环境并执行复杂测试项目。
5. 具备较强的问题分析与排查能力，能快速定位测试过程中的技术问题, 能够准确高效地完成相关验证任务。
6. 英语读写能力良好，能够流畅阅读和理解专业英文资料。
7. 工作严谨负责，具备良好的团队协作意思与沟通能力，能承受一定项目压力。
