Fleet Manager

Responsibility

To manage the company’s operations and ensure that all business objectives are achieved in accordance with established plans.

• Provide accurate and timely information on business results;
• Implement decisions regarding business expansion (e.g., changes in driver demand, registration of new trucks);
• Review, revise as necessary, and effectively implement operational procedures and standards;
• Ensure strict adherence to established procedures;
• Maintain good relationships within the company and with partners;
• Effectively manage the company’s costs, continuously seek ways to reduce them, and implement strategies to do so;
• Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and implement them.

Requirements

• English – C1 level;
• Russian – a plus, it is not necessary;
• Bachelor’s degree;
• At least 5 years of experience in managing a transportation company – required (experience as a
• transportation manager);
• Knowledge of the specifics of registering new trucks, fleet management, and the particularities of truck operations in European Union countries (Italy, France, Germany, UK);
• Is knowledgeable about the specifics of driver recruitment, onboarding, training, and administration, as well as the relevant legal requirements;
• Is able to analyze needs and develop strategies based on market trends;
• Has a strong character, is self-reliant, and is open to new ideas;
• Has experience working in a multicultural environment;
• Possesses strong analytical skills, excels at problem-solving, and pays attention to detail;
• Is results-oriented, motivated to succeed, and has a proactive and dynamic approach;
• Has good communication and presentation skills;
• Is demanding, has a strong sense of completeness, and expects the same from others.
