As a Resourcing and Deployment- Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the deployment of employees within the organization, confirming that the right talent is in the right place at the right time. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful relationships and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and stakeholders, delivering quality outcomes. Embracing ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward is not clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and optimizing the deployment of employees to align with organizational needs and strategies
  • Collaborating with subject matter specialists to strategize effective talent identification and development initiatives
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform workforce planning and resource allocation decisions
  • Coordinating staff and resources to validate timely and efficient project execution
  • Developing and implementing staffing models and plans to meet dynamic business demands
  • Engaging in stakeholder management to build and maintain meaningful internal relationships
  • Applying project resource management skills to balance workload and prevent resource bottlenecks
  • Embracing change and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
  • Leveraging workforce analytics to enhance business performance and strategic forecasting
  • Supporting team development through mentoring and guidance to inspire and manage others

What You Must Have

  • At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
  • At least 5+ years of experience in deployment, forecasting, staffing and benchmarking
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

  • Demonstrating proficiency in Workforce Planning and Analytics
