As a Resourcing and Deployment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the deployment of employees within the organization, confirming that the right talent is in the right place at the right time. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on talent identification and enhancing employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. This role involves collaborating with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees in line with market developments and firm strategy.

As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and optimizing the deployment of employees to align with organizational needs and strategies
  • Developing and implementing staffing plans to validate the right talent is in the right place at the right time
  • Collaborating with subject matter specialists to strategize effective talent identification and development initiatives
  • Leading teams in the execution of workforce planning and resource management activities
  • Utilizing workforce analytics to enhance decision-making and improve business performance
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and foster professional growth
  • Addressing conflicts and engaging in constructive conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Promoting a culture of continuous learning and embracing change to drive innovation and improvement
  • Validating adherence to professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
  • Confirming collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables within project teams

What You Must Have

  • At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
  • At least 8 years of experience in Deployment, forecasting, staffing
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • At least one of the following: a Human Resources certification (e.g. SHRM, PHR)
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Workforce Analytics and Planning
  • Utilizing strategic forecasting for resource management
