As a Deployment- Associate 2, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the deployment of employees within our organization, confirming that the right talent is in the right place at the right time. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on talent and development, collaborating with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy.

As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will engage with diverse stakeholders, learning to build meaningful connections and manage relationships effectively. This role will allow you to grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge and understanding your strengths. Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing the deployment of employees to align with organizational needs and strategies
• Collaborating with project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, and train employees
• Utilizing workforce analytics to inform resource allocation and workforce planning decisions
• Engaging in stakeholder communications to facilitate smooth project resource management
• Applying project resource management skills to validate the right talent is in the right place at the right time
• Gathering information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns for informed decision-making
• Adopting habits to sustain performance and develop potential within a fast-paced environment
• Building commercial awareness by understanding how the business operates and its strategic objectives
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

• MBA qualification
• 0-1 years of experience in Deployment / Workforce Management
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
