Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide support in the engineering analysis of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation ( ACMV ) system s
• Assist in assessing the technical feasibility of innovative building technologies
• Monitor and analyse buildings’ efficiency via the B uilding M anagement S ystem
• Assist in the day-to-day technical operation s support
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Environmental Engineering , or any other Sustainable B uilding related disciplines
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Able to multitask and deliver work on time and accurately
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
