Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Junior IT Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st level technical support to end users via phone, email, ticketing systems, and on-site assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, operating system, Microsoft Office, and network access issues.
- Create, configure, and maintain user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions in Active Directory and related systems.
- Escalate complex or high-priority incidents to higher-level IT support teams when required.
- Log, categorize, track, and follow up on support requests to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction.
- Install, configure, and maintain user devices, applications, and related IT equipment.
- Manage and maintain the inventory of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and organizational procedures while supporting daily operations.
- B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in related role.
- Excellent command of MS-Office applications.
- Familiarity with help desk software, ticketing systems and Active Directory.
- Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
