Yacht VIP Waiter and House Butler

As Yacht VIP Waiter and House Butler, you will help create a seamless guest experience through attentive service, discretion, and consistently high presentation standards. This position is suited to a hospitality professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced luxury environment, working closely with guests and service teams to ensure every interaction is handled with care, precision, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver formal dining and beverage service to VIP guests with impeccable etiquette.
• Anticipate guest preferences and provide discreet, personalized butler support.
• Coordinate table setup, cabin service, and presentation to luxury standards.
• Manage guest requests, special occasions, and onboard hospitality logistics.
• Maintain cleanliness, inventory, and readiness of service and guest areas.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, including previous yacht service experience and experience in UHNW household butler service.
• Strong knowledge of formal dining etiquette and proven experience providing direct service to VIP principals and guests.
• Experience coordinating with family office or estate staff and working closely with a captain and onboard crew.
• Holds STCW certification, a valid passport, and a valid Schengen visa if required for travel between Monaco and Antibes.
• Fluent in English; fluency in an additional language is a plus.
• Available to work a yacht roster, including evening service and weekend coverage.
• Able to travel between Dubai, Monaco, and Antibes.
