YOUR ROLE AS A COOK

As a Cook , you will be part of a fast-moving, ambitious, and successful culinary team that is redefining hospitality. You will prepare high-quality dishes, contribute creative ideas, and help deliver exceptional food experiences to our guests. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with our menu, recipes, and quality standards.
Ensuring all dishes are presented consistently and to a high standard before service.
Assisting with the preparation and mise en place for lunch, dinner, and special events.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment at all times.
Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards are met and adhered to.
Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies.
Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Contributing ideas for menu development and continuously improving the guest dining experience.
