We are now looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide executive-level support and contribute to the smooth and effective operation of the Executive Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentations, and supporting materials
  • Organize domestic and international business travel, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, clients, partners, and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and executive documentation
  • Monitor deadlines, priorities, and follow-up actions to ensure timely execution
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • Support the CEO in the coordination of strategic projects and business initiatives
  • Assist in organizing company events, management meetings, and executive activities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and verbal
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital collaboration tools will be considered an asset
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Possession of a driver’s license will be considered an additional asset
