No two days are the same! You'll support leaders across our organisation to

  • ✅ Provide trusted HR and employment relations advice
  • ✅ Support recruitment, onboarding and talent attraction
  • ✅ Coach managers through employee relations matters and performance conversations
  • ✅ Help create positive, engaged and high-performing teams
  • ✅ Contribute to HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • ✅ Champion people practices that reflect our values and commitment to Te Ao Māori
  • 🎯 What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who

  • ✔ Has 2–5+ years HR advisory or generalist experience
  • ✔ Understands NZ employment relations and HR best practice
  • ✔ Is a confident communicator and relationship builder
  • ✔ Can navigate complex situations with professionalism and empathy
  • ✔ Loves finding practical solutions to people challenges
  • ✔ Is committed to learning, growth and making a positive impact
