About The Role
Transaction Management
- Lead and execute real estate transactions across the APAC portfolio, including lease renewals, relocations, expansions, consolidations, acquisitions, and site exits.
- Manage transactions from strategy through execution, including negotiations, approvals, financial analysis, and documentation.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external service providers to deliver transaction objectives.
Portfolio Planning & Analysis
- Support portfolio planning and optimization initiatives across the APAC region.
- Develop business cases, financial analyses, and recommendations to support real estate decision-making.
- Evaluate market conditions, business requirements, and portfolio opportunities.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to align on transaction processes.
- Manage relationships with brokers, landlords, consultants, and external service providers.
- Leverage market intelligence and benchmarking data to support portfolio decisions.
Reporting & Governance
- Maintain portfolio records, transaction trackers, and lease documentation.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and portfolio updates for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance requirements and approval processes.
 
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of experience in corporate real estate, transaction management, portfolio management, consulting, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex real estate transactions across multiple countries and markets.
- Experience managing lease renewals, relocations, consolidations, expansions, acquisitions, and site exits.
- Strong financial skills with experience in lease analysis, business case development, and commercial evaluation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across geographies and time zones.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with brokers, landlords, consultants, and external service providers.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience supporting global or multi-region portfolios within a multinational organization.
