About The Role
Expert IT Analyst
We are Optiveum, a specialized IT recruitment and outsourcing company. Currently, we are looking for an Expert IT Analyst to join our client—a highly established and prominent organization in the banking industry .
In this role, you will join a team responsible for building, enhancing, and operating a Self-Service Portal that enables self-service capabilities for end-users across the bank. You will drive the design, development, and continuous improvement of automated services while contributing to the overall service architecture to deliver a best-in-class digital user experience.
What you will do
- Take end-to-end ownership of the service architecture, workflows, and integrations supporting the Self-Service Portal ecosystem.
- Analyze, design, develop, and maintain requestable and automated services.
- Gather, challenge, and translate business requirements into concrete technical solutions.
- Design service questionnaires, approval flows, workflows, and application integrations.
- Act as a key expert during service-related incidents, troubleshooting complex issues and driving root cause analysis.
- Create and maintain technical specifications, process documentation, and operational procedures.
- Drive standardization, automation, and optimization across the service catalog.
- Collaborate closely with service owners, platform teams, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
What we expect
- Strong, proven experience as an IT Analyst, System Analyst, Service Developer , or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with BMC Remedy and BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) .
- Practical knowledge of BMC Helix, Digital Workplace, Self Service Portal , or comparable service management platforms.
- Strong knowledge of databases and SQL (including MySQL) .
- Experience with Workspace Developer or similar service development environments.
- Background in data analysis and interpreting data to support business decisions.
- Good understanding of service architecture, integrations, and enterprise application design.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in both Polish and English .
What is offered
- Salary: Up to 130 PLN/h net (B2B).
- Work model: Hybrid (50% remote / 2 to 3 days per week from the office).
- Location: Warsaw , Poland.
- Contract type: B2B contract (initial project duration from mid-August 2026 to mid-February 2027, with a high likelihood of extension).
- Fast-track payments: Accelerated payment terms for B2B contractors.
